At Luksusbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size isn't right or you have changed your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Fill out the Return Form
Locate the return form included in your original parcel and clearly mark the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Pack the Items Securely
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized parcel shop or postal service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
